This Ercol Coffee table is the rarer 398 model produced from 1958 to the mid 60s. The main difference from the r59 model being 6 spindles instead of 7 and the spindles being slightly higher up the legs. Made of solid elm with beech legs, this coffee table has a mid-century modern style. The top has been refinished with Osmo hard wax oil and wax giving it a beautiful colour. Measuring 104cm in length, 46cm in width and 36cm in height.
The fantastic grain and can be seen in the pictures, and the table is well-suited for use as a coffee table and magazine rack.
